You may access TAIA and use its contents on condition that you take note of and comply with the following conditions:

• Data from Dialego GmbH surveys are for your own use only and may not be disclosed to third parties, published or used commercially.
• You may not use TAIA for illegal, harmful or abusive activities or misrepresent others or act on behalf of others.
• Content you create or find through our services must be checked by you for copyright restrictions.
• You may not distribute copyrighted material through our servers.
• You must not take any action that imposes an unreasonable load on the infrastructure of Dialego GmbH.
• You shall at all times comply with all applicable local, state, national and foreign laws, treaties and regulations in connection with your use of TAIA.
• Our services may include third party software, products or services and some areas of our services, such as our search function, may include output from these services. Third-party services and third-party output are subject to their own terms and conditions, and we are not responsible for them.
• Due to AI, the output may not be unique and other users may generate similar to identical output.
• AI and machine learning are subject to a rapidly evolving environment. We are always working to make our service more accurate, reliable, secure and useful.
• The output may not always be correct. Please check the output for accuracy and appropriateness for your use case.

Charges

• All fees will be communicated to you prior to purchase.
• If you have selected a paid plan, you are required to provide complete and accurate billing information. For subscriptions, we will automatically charge your payment method at each agreed renewal until you cancel. If your payment cannot be completed, we may downgrade your account or suspend your access to our services until payment is received.
• You are entitled to cancel your purchase within 14 days. The fee will be refunded to you pro rata from the date of withdrawal.
• You can cancel your subscription on a monthly basis and use the full scope of our service in accordance with your subscription within the period still valid.
• We may adjust our prices at any time. You will be informed at least 30 days before the price increase so that you can cancel in good time before the increase.
• You can terminate the legal relationship with Dialego GmbH at any time by deleting your account. Deletion of the account with an existing subscription is excluded.

We may block or deactivate your access to our services if we determine that you are in breach of at least one of the terms of use.

If you believe that we have incorrectly deactivated or deleted your account, you can submit an informal objection and we will then examine your case in detail.
