For Emily, sustainability is her motto in life - and she expects the same commitment from brands and their communication.

Sustainability is also important to Bianca, but she doesn't want to limit herself because of it. She questions communication and wants to know exactly what is going on.

For Peter, sustainability is OK - but other features of the product have to convince him, especially the price.

With the TAIA-Personas, you can chat in 33 languages: English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Dutch, Portuguese, Russian, Chinese (Mandarin), Japanese, Korean, Arabic, Turkish, Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish, Polish, Greek, Hungarian, Czech, Slovak, Croatian, Serbian, Romanian, Bulgarian, Hindi, Bengali, Urdu, Thai, Vietnamese, Indonesian, and Malay. You can switch languages at any time, even within the same chat session. If you encounter any difficulties switching languages, simply start a new conversation.


What technology lies behind TAIA?

The chat interface operates within the RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) model framework, a sophisticated approach that combines external knowledge sources (in this case, high-quality market research data) with the advanced language model GPT-4, developed by OpenAI. The RAG model enhances the AI’s ability to retrieve and integrate up-to-date information, ensuring that responses are not only contextually relevant but also grounded in the latest market research data. By combining the capabilities of the RAG model with GPT-4's proficiency in natural language processing, the interface seamlessly provides personalized, human-like interactions while maintaining user privacy and data integrity.


How can I bring my own target group personas to life?

Feel free to contact us, and we will initiate a customized market research study to learn more about your target audience. Through data analysis, we will create target group segments that we will provide to you individually in our TAIA tool. If you have already defined target group personas, we can further enhance them and integrate your existing data into our RAG system, making them accessible in our TAIA tool.


What happens to my data from the chat histories?

TAIA uses OpenAI's interface (API). Data sent through the API is stored on OpenAI servers for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring and is then deleted, unless legally required otherwise. OpenAI does not utilize your data to train or improve AI models. Your prompt content is kept private and not shared with others. All conversations created within TAIA are securely stored on European servers for convenient access as long as your TAIA account remains active.
